The application window opened on April 21, 2025 and closed on May 21, 2025. YEIDA is soon to announce the allotment for plot allotment on July 11, 2025.

How to Check Your YEIDA Plot Allotment Status?

If you have applied for the YEIDA Plot Scheme 2025 in Pocket-9B, Sector 18 of Yamuna Expressway, then here’s how you can check the status online:

Step 1: Visit the official YEIDA portal.

Step 2: Log in with your registered credentials.

Step 3: Navigate to the “Draw Result / Allotment Status” section.

Step 4: Enter your application or form number.

Step 5: Download & review your allotment letter (if selected).

Step 6: If not allotted, track your refund status—most applicants reported refunds within ~15 days.

 

Allotment Terms & Conditions at a Glance

Payment Schedule

  1. Earnest money: 10% on application.
  2. Within 60 days of receiving the allotment letter, 40% of the premium (after deducting the earnest money) is due.
  3. Balance 60% to be paid in four half-yearly installments over 2 years, with 10% p.a. interest—late payments attract additional penal interest.

Eligibility & Restrictions

  1. The applicant must be at least 18 years old at the time of applying.
  2. Both Indian citizens and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) are eligible to apply, provided they are not prohibited by the Government of India or the Government of Uttar Pradesh from purchasing property in the state.
  3. Each eligible citizen can apply for only one plot under this scheme, irrespective of category.
  4. Applicants who have already been allotted a residential plot or flat under any YEIDA scheme are not eligible for this one.
  5. If it is found that the spouse, children, or parents of the applicant already hold a plot under any YEIDA scheme, the entire deposited amount will be forfeited.
  6. Joint applications are allowed only with immediate family members (father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, husband, or wife), and proof of relationship must be provided.
  7. Joint applications with extended family or unrelated individuals are not allowed.
  8. Husband and wife can both apply separately. However, if both are allotted plots, one must surrender their allotment within one month of the result.

Development Norms

  1. Plot usage is restricted to residential and support functions as per the master plan.
  2. FAR, setbacks, maximum height, coverage, etc., follow YEIDA’s building bylaws effective as of the bid submission date.
