MHADA’s Konkan Board has officially launched its Konkan Lottery 2025, offering 5,285 flats and 77 residential plots across the Mumbai Metropolitan and Konkan regions.

Flats are spread across rapidly developing suburbs like Vasai, Thane, Kulgaon-Badlapur, and Badlapur, while plots are available in the Sindhudurg district in the Konkan region.

These flats are offered across five schemes:

565 flats under the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme
3,002 flats under the 15% Integrated Urban Housing Scheme
1,677 flats via the Konkan Board Housing Scheme and the existing stock
51 flats in the 50% Affordable category
77 plots under the Konkan Board Housing Scheme
