MHADA Konkan Lottery 2025: 5,285 Affordable Flats & 77 Plots Up for Grabs

MHADA’s Konkan Board has officially launched its Konkan Lottery 2025, offering 5,285 flats and 77 residential plots across the Mumbai Metropolitan and Konkan regions.

Locations & Categories

Flats are spread across rapidly developing suburbs like Vasai, Thane, Kulgaon-Badlapur, and Badlapur, while plots are available in the Sindhudurg district in the Konkan region.

These flats are offered across five schemes:

  1. 565 flats under the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme
  2. 3,002 flats under the 15% Integrated Urban Housing Scheme
  3. 1,677 flats via the Konkan Board Housing Scheme and the existing stock
  4. 51 flats in the 50% Affordable category
  5. 77 plots under the Konkan Board Housing Scheme
