How to Apply for the MHADA Lottery 2025 Nashik Scheme?

Applications are open now and close at 11:59 PM on October 3, 2025. You can register only via the MHADA lottery official website or the MHADA Lottery App (available on Android and iOS).

MHADA has made it clear that no agents or middlemen are authorized. Dealing with anyone else puts you at serious risk of fraud, and MHADA won’t be liable for it.

This is the third lottery this year by the Nashik Board—earlier rounds allocated 379 flats, 105 shops, and 32 plots. It shows MHADA’s continued effort to expand affordable housing access.

What’s Next?

Once the application window closes on October 3, the final list of eligible applicants will be posted on the MHADA site on October 17, 2025, at 12 PM. Keep an eye on the MHADA portal for details on the draw date and venue.

What Does This Mean for You?

  1. Affordable Housing Option: If you’re part of the EWS category and looking to step onto the property ladder, this lottery offers compelling value—flats at just ₹5.48 lakh.
  2. Transparent Process: Applying online is quick, clear, and free from middlemen. You can simply apply online on  the MHADA’s official website.
  3. Good Availability in Key Areas: With more units available in Mhasrul and Agar Takli, your chances of winning a draw are better there. That said, it’s always worth applying across multiple locations if you can.
  4. Time-sensitive Opportunity: Mark your calendar—apply before 11:59 PM on October 3, and check MHADA’s site on October 17 for the shortlist. Being prompt and prepared could make all the difference.
