At its 85th board meeting, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) approved an innovative housing initiative to improve livelihood options for economically weaker sections (EWS) in the region. This new YEIDA Plot Scheme 2025 is thoughtfully designed to cater to the average citizen’s needs. YEIDA Plot Scheme: What’s On Offer?

1. Plot Size & Location: 30 sq meter plots in Sectors 18 and 20—strategically located near the upcoming Noida International Airport.
2. Affordability Factor: Each plot is priced at ₹7.5 lakh, with an attractive installment plan spanning up to 7 years.
3. Target Beneficiaries: The scheme caters primarily to local factory and service-sector workers earning up to ₹3 lakh annually, along with a set-aside for retired defense personnel, YEIDA employees, and local area workers.

Allotment & Inclusivity

1. Allocation Method: Plots will be allotted via a lucky draw; applicants must pay a 10% deposit to enter.
2. Reserved Slots: 29% for workers in the YEIDA area, 5% for defense alumni, and 5% for YEIDA staff.
3. Ambitious Plans: YEIDA aims to hand out at least 3,000 plots in this initial phase and is open to expanding the scheme depending on uptake.
