The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Nashik Board has announced a new online lottery offering 478 flats exclusively for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) in Nashik. The prices of the apartments range from ₹5.48 lakh to ₹27 lakh, making them among the most budget-friendly options in the city today.

The flats are spread across six neighborhoods:

Deolali Shivar – 22 units
Gangapur Shivar – 50 units
Pathardi Shivar – 64 units
Mhasrul Shivar – 196 units
Nashik Shivar – 14 units
Agar Takli Shivar – 132 units

The units range from 215 sq ft (studio-style) to 537 sq ft (compact 1-BHK) – perfect for small families.
